Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
Jewelry
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Items are unworn and undamaged
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
- Sale items cannot be returned
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are processed within 8 business days (excluding bank processing time) and will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
When returning your package, please include the packing slip and note the reason for return. You may return your parcel via DHL or PostNL.
Stickers & Custom Items
Due to the nature of these products, stickers and custom items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at contact@baraah.nl to arrange an exchange.
COMPLAINTS & DEFECTS
Please check your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
If you notice a defect, email us at contact@baraah.nl within 24 hours, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Manufacturing faults or damages reported after 24 hours are not eligible for compensation or replacement.
If an item arrives defective, please contact us before returning it so we can find the best solution together.
