We ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
(Please note: we do not ship orders during weekends.)

All packages are sent via PostNL. If there is a delay caused by PostNL, we are not responsible, but we will do our best to help locate your order and make sure it arrives as soon as possible.


Shipping Options: We offer both untracked and tracked shipping options at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Untracked Envelope (Stickers Only): This economical option is for sending stickers only and does not include a tracking number. Please note that the envelope may be more prone to damage during transit. Delivery times can vary widely.

Tracked Shipping: Tracked shipping includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process. Delivery times are generally faster and more reliable, though they may still vary depending on your location.

If a package cannot be tracked, an investigation will be started. This can take up to 8 business days. If your parcel cannot be located after this process, you will receive a full refund. 


Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
